Allen Ball is a native of Southern California and the proud father of five daughters. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and has been a resident of Ventura County for almost 30 years. Allen earned his Juris Doctorate from the Ventura College of Law in 1986 and was admitted to State Bar of California later that year.
